ORDERS & PAYMENT.

How an order with Odinson EV works:

• Enquiry first. Product pages, WhatsApp and our contact form are for enquiries. A sale is confirmed only when our team confirms your model, battery configuration and final price in writing.
• Configuration is fixed at order. Battery type (lead-acid or lithium-ion) and capacity are chosen at the time of order and cannot be changed afterwards.
• Payment. Payment is made through the channel our team provides at confirmation. Do not transfer money to any account or number we have not confirmed in writing.
• Availability. Orders are subject to stock. If a model or configuration is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or confirm the waiting period before payment.
• Specifications. Range, speed and load figures are claimed values that vary with road conditions, payload, weather, tyres and riding style, as stated openly on our website. They are not guarantees of exact performance.
• Prices. Prices are quoted by our team and may change without notice until your order is confirmed.

DELIVERY & PICKUP.

• Delivery timelines are estimates agreed at order confirmation. Delays caused by transporters, weather or events outside our control are not grounds for cancellation with refund.
• Inspect on handover. Check the scooter for visible transport damage at the time of delivery and report anything immediately — before signing or accepting handover.
• Documents. Your purchase invoice is the record of the sale date and starts the one-year warranty period. Keep it safe.
• Registration & local rules — where applicable, registering the vehicle and holding a valid licence are the rider's responsibility under Indian law.

USING YOUR SCOOTER.

• Respect the rated limits. Each model — Volt, Nova, Zeno, Ravo or CargoX — has a rated load capacity. Overloading damages the scooter and voids warranty on affected parts.
• Use the supplied charger and follow the charging guidance in the manual. Improper charging is excluded from warranty.
• No unauthorised modifications. Altering wiring, the controller, firmware or fitting non-standard parts voids the warranty on affected components.
• Ride legally and safely. Wear a helmet, follow traffic rules, and never ride through deep water or submerge the scooter.
• Maintenance. Regular checks of brakes, tyres and battery health are the owner's responsibility. We are glad to advise on care intervals.

WARRANTY & RETURNS.

Our full sales, returns and warranty position is set out on the Refund & Warranty Policy page. In brief:

• No refunds or returns — all sales are final once an order is confirmed and delivered.
• One-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and exclusions on that page.
• Coverage depends on the part — normal wear items such as tyres, brake shoes and consumables are not covered.
• Claims are made directly through Odinson EV with your purchase invoice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. Where the law requires more, the law prevails.

WEBSITE & CONTENT.

• Ownership. All content on odinsonev.in — text, images, logos, design and the Odinson name — belongs to Odinson EV and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
• Accuracy. We work hard to keep specifications and descriptions accurate, but content is provided for information. The confirmed order document prevails over website content.
• External links. Links to WhatsApp, maps or other pages are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
• Fair use. Do not misuse the website — no scraping, attempts to breach security, or interference with its operation.
• Your privacy is handled under our Privacy Policy.

LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW.

• To the extent permitted by law, Odinson EV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including loss of income or transport costs — arising from the use of a scooter or this website.
• Our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that scooter.
• Riding risk. Operating any two-wheeler carries inherent risk. Safe riding practice and compliance with traffic law remain the rider's responsibility.
• Changes to these terms. We may update this page from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
